I need a professional Germany/English translation

We have a 2 mins video using English subtitle and new we want to add German subtitle as well. So we need a professional Germany translator add Germany subtitle for us. There is only a few lines subtitle and could be finish quickly.

Please find we need the job finished by a spreadsheet which show origin English subtitle and relevant Germany translation.

Please pay attention that only English subtitle need to be translated. English voice over don't need to be translated. So we think it is not a big work.
