I need a fluent French language speaker to help me with a French ombudsman claim

I have conversational French which is not quite good enough for the issue at hand.

I have proof that I meet an insurance Company's requirements for a claim to be met, but they won't accept my evidence. It is linked to a mortgage account which the lender also will not investigate or help me with.
I am being sent on various "wild goose chases" but cannot find the right institution let alone individual who can hep me. I need help to find the right ombudsman, (which I may have found - see attached), help to present my case and support with following up, ensuring the claim is properly investigated.

The case can be handled by email and telephone. I have budgeted around 8 hours, but this is not fixed.
