German voice-over / narration on a video that has narration in English

I need someone to
1) translate it into German
2) record German audio files (probably .wav) in sync. with the flow of the video
3) Send me the audio files, I will fit them to the video
4) Translate all current English descriptions, tags and titles into German to accompany the German-narrated video on Youtube

I don't need a transcript of the English or the German. If you want to produce them to help you do it, that's up to you.

My feeling is that someone could just listen to the English and write down the German equivalent as a guide. I found when I was doing the English I normally needed to try each little section about 3 times before I got it right in terms of phrasing and length.
