French speaker to phone and get the best quote for two construction items

Hello,

I'm the owner of a UK surfacing company (construction) and we have an on-going contract with Euro Disney and we are heading out there to begin work on Tuesday. I need a French speaker who can phone around and get the best prices for the two items below, I am looking for multiple quotes in order to find the best price for the following items:


1. Plant Hire - Front loading Dumper 1 TON or 1.2 TON
Date Required: Tuesday 13th March - 3rd of April.


2. Tarmarc Surfacing Quote -
Supply & Deliver Approximately 250 Tons of 10mm (open course) base tarmac. (Will need waiting time while unloading - make sure this is included).


Both of these items will be required site at Marriott Vacation Club at Allée de l'Orme Rond, 77700 Bailly-Romainvilliers, France.

I would prefer someone who can communicate on WhatsApp and telephone as and when they get the quotes. There is a possiblity for a lot of future work be it translation on the phone or more quote hunting as we have the contract for the rest of the year. This is needed urgently as I will be in France on Monday.

Yes I don't speak French so I need someone who does to contact companies and get the best price for me. Likely future work too as this is a long term contract it may be translating on the phone or sourcing other items at the best price.
