French document translation and make some French phonecalls

I'm English and I live in France but I'm afraid my French isn't very good yet so I need some help with some tasks while my translator is on holiday. I would like you to be able to speak to me on the telephone and take instructions in English, then ring one or two French companies for me with my questions, then tell me what they've said. There would also be emails to translate and I may need to scan some documents to you.
