English to Welsh

We have a document that has some technical text. Some of the technical text needs to be translated into Welsh. The total word count is under 4000. we need it back by Friday 15.01.2021. No compromise on Quality and Delivery Timescale. The translation must be reviewed by independent translator. We need to see confirmation and evidance of that.

Translation
Everything on the document must be translated. including headers, footers, seals, signatures. Different calendars dates must be converted to Gregorian calendar.

Presentation
The translation must be presented accordingly to the design and layout of the document in English.
For translation comparison - copy the original text and paste it as image before its corresponding translation
If applicable - use graphs, diagrams, tables etc

Proofreading
Translation must be proofread before it is sent to us, it is advisable to maintain the quality of your work and to minimise errors you must use independent translator to proofread your work.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Document will only be shared with successful bidder. Confidentiality / data protection must be adhered to carry out all translation work. Information must not be shared with third parties. Information must be safely destroyed after its being dealt with.
