English to Chinese translation

We are looking for a Chinese-to-English translator to work on a document for us at short notice.

The document is just over ten pages of Microsoft Word in font size 18 (or about 4,500 words in Chinese characters). I am attaching the document here.

The document is the transcript of an interview with an expert in hydropower, and therefore uses some scientific language - it will be desirable if you have experience in working with scientific translations.

Please can you include details of your experience and any relevant samples of your work in your proposal.

Please advise a suggested cost and timescale in your proposal. Ideally we would like the translation to be completed by close of play tomorrow, Friday 11 March.
