DataWorks is a publishing services company based in India, working with international publishers on illustrated books, coffee table books, and large-format editorial projects.
We are currently expanding our freelance network and are looking for experienced English → Dutch translators for a coffee table book translation project.
The work involves translating editorial content while maintaining the original tone, clarity, and word count as closely as possible to the source text to avoid additional layout adjustments. The translation should read natural and fluent in regional Dutch, while preserving the informative tone of the original content. Attention to detail and sensitivity to style are important given the visual and editorial nature of the project.
This is part of a long-term project involving multiple books, and we are looking to build relationships with translators who can collaborate with us on upcoming titles.
