Eng to Mandarin translator and writer for a 179-page book

I am looking for a perfect bilingual to translate a book from English to Mandarin. Please only apply if you are certain that your work is artistic, accurate and publish-ready as this will also be checked by a literary agent in China. It would be very embarrassing and frustrating for us if the work is substandard and unprofessional. I would prefer somebody with a writing/literary background, and both a fluent English speaker and a native Chinese speaker/writer. The book has about 70,000 words (179 pages).
