Dear Translator,

My name is Judith Santolaria, Vendor Manager at Translations.com/Transperfect Barcelona.
We are currently looking for an EN>chinese translator (zh_TW) (FTE = Full time equivalent) to work on-site at our client\'s premises in Taipei. Candidates must have previous experience in sports clothing/fashion/sports/marketing/ad contents translations, and ideally in copywriting/ad creation and adaptation.

Job Description:

- The selected candidate will translate and adapt content (both digital and creative) and work closely with the client’s Country Managers and product experts to ensure that the style, tone and terminology is consistently used in all materials.
- This position is for one of our top international clients in the field of sports clothing. Therefore, experience in marketing/sports/fashion translations is required.
- Period: long-term/full time
- Start date: May 1 (earlier availability for training required)
- The linguist will work during regular office hours

Requirements:

- Chinese (zh_TW) native translator living in Taiwan (preferably in Taipei)
- Strong knowledge of sports/clothing terminology, and love of sports
- Marketing writing skills in your mother tongue
- Experience in marketing/sports/fashion translation, adaptation and/or copywriting
Willingness to work in an exciting, “sporty” and young office environment
Experience with project management, task prioritization and scheduling
