I would like the following email translated from English to German:

Hello

I'm contacting you having done business with you on the Amazon.de Marketplace. You may recall in August you purchased UI Stencils & Sketchpads from us. I understand at the time our service wasn't of to a high level and for that we are very sorry for this inconvenience. We are UK based sellers who have only recently started to sell in Germany. Because of this transition we weren't aware of the need within Germany to have invoices for TAX purposes and once we did discover the need for an invoice we struggled to get one translated in a timely manner.

We accept your feedback and I'm pleased to say we have since learned from your feedback and I'm pleased to announce this is a service we now provide as standard for all our German customers.

I'm reaching out to ask if you could reconsider the feedback with a view of removing the negative comment? We feel because you were one of our first German Customers that we weren't quite prepared and perhaps a little unjust to how we normally, and now do, operate on the Amazon Marketplaces.
