Chinese Certificate Translation

Hi Joe, I am designing a martial arts certificate and need to translate a few words for a certificate.
I am not familiar whether to use Traditional or Simplified Chinese writing in this certificate so I have another certificate as an example.

The words I wish to translate on one certificate would be:

"Wu Chi Association"
"Photo"
"Certificate"
"Stamp"
"We are Universal"
"We are Unique"
"We are United"
"Become One Unit"

I think traditional Chinese would be the one as it matches the other certificate.
Wu Chi Association is the certificate that I am creating and the Chinese Buddhist Chi-Kung certificate is the one I am looking at for example.
