Call Japan based book publisher to chase an unpaid invoice for the use of 3 images

We need someone who speaks Japanese to call a Japan based book publisher to chase an unpaid invoice for the use of 3 images of Pangolins. We need to establish why the invoice has not been paid and when it will be paid. Our previous contact at the company spoke English (via email) has now left. There are now no longer any English speakers at this company. We are a photo library that licenses images to various media like magazines, books etc.
