A letter translated from English to Punjabi

My husband's mother is Punjabi and speaks very little English. I have a very personal family letter I need to write to her and my husband's and my main concern is that translation does not over or under emphasise any of the sentiment, i.e. "lost in translation". She is highly emotional and has blown a situation that happened out of all proportion. The letter is about 315 words long. My husband speaks Punjabi and can understand it if it is read to him. Would it be possible to have our letter translated and maybe a phone call for it to be read to him?
