3 mins Japanese audio translated into English-needs 2nd opinion

We have 3 minutes of Japanese audio which has already been translated into English language text. We'd like a second opinion and polish on the translation.
The job is to listen along to the Japanese and correct the English translation where needed. We will be using the English translation to create subtitles over the video clip of the Japanese person talking so the English translation needs to be coherent for that usage.
