1115 word translation from English to Thai

I'm looking to get a 390 word letter and a 725 word questionnaire translated from English to Thai.

I have attached the sample documents for review. There is some technical language. However, it is only a few small words or phrases.

I am happy to communicate throughout the translation process in order to advise on the meaning or nuances of any of the language. This is not an urgent translation, and so I am happy to wait a week or so.
