Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
An experienced minutes taker required to attend an onsite meeting this Tues, 5th July 1pm-4pm. The meeting relates to a staff meeting for a property management company. This is in the NW10 area, 1pm (for 3 hours). You would need to arrive at least 10-15 mins prior to get set up and settled. Additionally, you would be required to make notes, then do an initial bullet point summary transcription of the meeting, and sent back to us, (A previous set of minutes would be supplied to the chosen candidate).
You would need to verify that you have minutes taking and transcription experience and have used transcription equipment (either a physical one, or software such as ExpressScribe, along with the use of a foot pedal), also it would be helpful to know that you can record the meeting using a smartphone app, as well as the knowledge and experience sending files through Dropbox (or similar). You would be required to return a 1st draft of the minutes, formatted and spell checked back to us within 2-3 business days of the meeting.
Please respond stating:
• Your experience with minutes and transcriptions.
• Whether you have transcription equipment available to you
• How long it would take you to transcribe 3 hours of a meeting, and any other extra costs
• Please state your typing speed,
• Your hourly rate
• And the overall charge including any VAT for this job.
