Typing of Hand Written Feedback

We have conducted feedback amongst residents for our village neighbourhood plan and are seeking someone that can type up into an Excel document (see attached).
Also attached is an example of one of the feedback forms (some have more majority have less comments, I have tried to provide an 'average' content example).
There are 46 feedback forms, the comments from which need to be added into the spreadsheet alongside the respective numbered reference.
The task is very straight forward but requires accuracy and efficiency.
Please confirm your fixed price for the typing up of the 46 forms and your completion date.
