Trascription from audio interviews/conversations with timestamp

I need transcription with time-stamp every 60sec from audio interviews/conversations with elderly English people about Edwardian times. There are 8 audio files from cassette tapes and they are 5hrs and 10min in total length. One week turnaround needed.

I need someone familiar with English idioms and accents. My budget is fixed so only apply if you have the capacity and willingness to do this job.
