Transcription of lyrics and melody into basic piano arrangements

This would be performed in a church for Christmas by a boys choir. The piano arrangements can be basic as their voices would be the main attraction. The school's music director will add any other harmonies she wants. Lyrics and melody can be emailed to you (recorded on phone I'm afraid!) I would need sheet music as well as CD because I might have to record vocals onto it to demonstrate to the boys and music director.
