Transcription of Arabic Focus Groups

I have four Arabic focus groups conducted in Arabic (Saudi) with about 8 participants in each and lasting around 90 min each. I would like a time stamp (min and second) each time someone speaks. I would also like to do as much voice recognition as possible, but it is not 100% necessary. Content will be analyzed rather than discourse, so it does not have to follow strict conventions. Main goal is to get the text written and note long delays and confusion or group laughter or banter, but not every um and ah needs to be noted.
