Transcribing video files

I have 1 hour 40 mins of video files that need transcribing asap. Phase 1 - 30 minutes of this is desperately urgent.
Phase 2- The rest is still important to do asap

The transcriber needs to be good at understanding English and have experience with transcription. People sometimes mumble or stutter so you will have to work out what they are saying :)

Please get back to me with a price and when you can have phase 1 & phase 2 complete. Ideally to do everything immediately. If not then phase 1 immediately and phase 2 tomorrow.
