Transcriber of Telephone Conversation in Tagalog, Elongi to English

I have a 7 hour recording of a conversation between two people - of which I need one to two hours of it transcribed. It would help if you came from a legal background as I may need it authenticated. In the tape the two people sre speaking Tagalog and ilonggo - which I need translated in English.
