TIMECODE CHECKING FOR 16 × 10-MINUTE AUDIO TRANSCRIPTS

I am looking for someone with excellent attention to detail to check and correct the timecodes on 16 short audio transcripts.
I have:
• 16 MP3 audio files, each approximately 10 minutes long
• 16 matching transcripts supplied as TXT files
• Existing timecodes already included in the transcripts, but these are approximate and need to be checked and corrected against the actual audio
The spoken transcription itself is largely complete, so this is primarily a timecoding and checking job rather than transcription from scratch.
WHAT I NEED
For each programme, I need you to listen to the MP3 and:
• Check every existing timecode against the audio
• Correct inaccurate timings
• Add timecodes at every speaker change - there are only two speakers
• Add additional timecodes at useful points during longer passages of speech
• Keep the time running continuously from 0:00 at the very start of each MP3
• Check that the correct speaker is identified
• Correct any obvious transcription errors noticed while listening
• Return a clean, accurately timed TXT file for each programme
The programmes are approximately 10 minutes each, so there is around 160 minutes of material in total.
Accuracy is very important. The finished transcripts will be used alongside the programmes in an editing environment, so the timecodes need to make it quick and easy to locate the corresponding speech in the audio.
I will provide an example of a correctly completed transcript so that the required format is completely clear.
