Subtitles for 110mins of webinars (French and English language)

I need 110mins of webinars (two videos) subtitled - delivered as a subtitles file (.srt).
All of the audio is very clear, with only one speaker at a time. Please see the attached sample video - I've cut together a couple of speakers to illustrate.

There is a mixture of French and English speakers.
When it's an English speaker, I need French subtitles. When it's a French speaker, I need English subtitles.

All of the translations have already been done as 'audio interpretation files' - ie someone is speaking the translation. Please see the attached audio file for a sample of this (which corresponds to the video sample). These translations will need to be transcribed and then matched to the video as subtitles. A decent knowledge of French and English is quite important, to be able to match the timings of the translation subtitles to the original language being spoken, and to ensure accurate transcriptions.

Deadline is 26-27th October.
