We need a secretary to take minutes and operate Zoom Polling at our online EGM
The EGM is scheduled 2-5pm on Sunday 13th December including a short break.
We need the person to be available from 1.45pm to 5.15pm to set up/shut down.
We also need the person to be available for 1 hour beforehand (preferably Friday pm) to run through the whole process with the Organiser (Hilary) and the Chair of the EGM (Tone Horwood)
Total time commitment is 4.5 hours.
Hourly rate offered £15
