I need a brief audio transcribed in Portuguese (from Portugal)

I have a 20-minute interview audio in Portuguese (in Portugal) to be transcribed in Portuguese. I already also have a machine transcription of it in Portuguese, but it's a mess.

We are accustomed to having actually human transcription done at the rate of US$1.30 per minute of audio - but the service provider we usually work with for this only works in English language, and we now need this service in Portuguese.

This work is not urgent - it can be finished early in the new year, if need be.
