Find, and transcribe 100 Polish business cards

Hi,

We're looking to create a training set of 100 Polish business cards for our systems. Whoever does this job needs to be a native Polish speaker.

This task has two steps:
1) You'll need to find 100 business cards which are in Polish and photograph them. These need to be from 100 different companies (we don't want business cards which look the same and just have different text)
2) Then complete the attached spreadsheet with the data within the cards and send us both the cards images and the data. The spreadsheet provides some guidance as to how to transcribe various pieces of data (e.g. the address needs to go in one line; if there are multiple phones, they should be separated by |). One overarching, very important point here is that the text needs to be transcribed EXACTLY as it appears on the card. E.g. if the job title ends with a full stop, we need the full stop transcribed. If the address has a comma at the end of each line, we need this to be included. Attached is also a sample of 3 cards we've already done (in English)
