Well researched information relating to vaccinations

Outline & Structure: I need someone to use EVIDENCE-BASED, gold standard medical information (Cochrane Review, PubMed etc) to collate the following information for 1) Australia and New Zealand 2) USA 3) Canada 4) UK and Ireland. This is not a pro or anti vaccination project. This is about facts.

Answer each of the following questions. Set out all answers in an Excel spreadsheet. The Spreadsheet should be easy to navigate and logical. There is no word count, but being SUCCINCT is KEY.

1) Generate a comprehensive list of vaccines under a National Immunisation Program/ Routine Childhood Vaccines for the 4 regions/ countries.

2) Research and list the ingredients of these vaccines in that country/ region according to the Manufacturer's PI, including substances used during manufacturing. Use this table: http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/B/excipient-table-2.pdf as a base and update accordingly for the various regions/ countries. You will ONLY need to do this for the vaccines you have listed in #1. There should be 4 tables for the 4 different countries/ regions which I imagine would look very similar.

3) Collate a list of 6 specific concerns held by parents (esp those who choose not to vaccinate) regarding vaccination, including fears about specific ingredients (each would constitute a separate concern). Many of these concerns can be gleaned from forums, blogs etc. These concerns MUST BE about particular vaccines or ingredients in the vaccines, NOT immunisation schedules or conspiracy theories about big pharma/ government/ aliens.
Categorise them accordingly and correlate the concern with particular vaccines if possible. ie: if the concern is Aluminium- which vaccines contain this ingredient? For those ingredients which have been identified as being of concern, please research the actual amount in a vaccine and add this information to your table in #2.

4) I need all concerns addressed using scientific, evidence-based information and data. (Word Count roughly 1000-2000 per concern, fully referenced). If the only available evidence is weak or your research shows that concerns are indeed warranted, then this is to be discussed with references. Your writing style should be succinct and understandable by an EDUCATED lay person. You DO NOT have to discuss in-depth methodology as #5 is about ranking the studies.
Best-practice government/ Medical Association guidelines for THAT PARTICULAR country/ region is to be written up as well. (Word Count 500-1500 per region per vaccine)

4) All research is to be ranked according to The CEBM 'Levels of Evidence 1' document. You will need to stratify evidence by quality using the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) AS WELL.

Extra notes: You must have a good command of the English language and be able to present your information with all references as I need to be able to trace all your sources. I am putting this information through to an infographic designer, so your information must be accessible to a non-medical person to interpret accurately.

If you have never done/ participated in a Systematic Review or at the very least, an RCT, please do not apply for this job. You MUST HAVE ACCESS to The Cochrane Library and PubMed.
