Understand and Document Workflows

I am looking for a bright person who may be a Business/Systems Analyst or Technical Writer who can listen and document my business system process work flows. You must be fluent in english , be able to work in CET time zone and be an excellent listener , able to use tools such as LucidChart to document business systems processes.

You must be a good listener , used to taking notes on the first call and producing excellent documentation.

I would expect that you have done this before and be able to show examples of the work done.
