Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Kind of writing: Travel
Num. of articles: 1
Words per article: 3500
Industry: Lifestyle/Travel
Topic: Terms & Conditions
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: • My business is a UK registered Ltd co, and operates a travel website with an East African focus (KE/TZ).
We are expanding our product offer beyond flight tickets to Airlines, Hotels, Transfers, Car Hire and Experiences / Activities.
We need the Terms and Conditions to be drawn up in grammatically correct English with no ambiguities:
Will be published on the website as well as in pdf format for download.
There are 5 product categories Flight Tickets / Hotels / Transfers / Car Hire and Activities & Experiences. For flights the Ts&Cs already exist, are correct and accurate. For the other categories I’ve done the research and copied straight into a document without any editing for duplication, format etc. In addition, as this has been copied, content will need to be reworked.
Many of the terms relate to all product categories, others only to a specific category.
I will provide the document, and it will be from this that the final will be drawn up into a professionally worded, ordered set of Terms & Conditions.
I estimate the final output to be about 3500 words. As all sections (EXCEPT the initial Ts&Cs relating to flights - these are from our website at https://www.tripindigo.com/help/terms-conditions/) have been copied, they'll need re-writing as appropriate to avoid copyright / plagiarising). There are multiple duplicates – need consolidation.
I'll need to be able to discuss with you the capacity in which we act, and our sources of product / service supply as this has an impact on the duties / channels of communication for the end user.
After the initial draft, it will become clear whether there are any gaps needing to be filled, and these will be pointed out, words provided / to be discussed for advice, for completion of the final document.
Extensive research needed: no

Hi Mark
You've listed this as a High Value job but at £130 it's not attractive to anyone with any quality. High Value means our bids cost 3 times as much as normal and few people will risk the bid.
If you can increase the target and remove the High Value, you will gain more bidders.
Good luck
ChrisMarc D.21 Nov 2017Hi Chris and thanks for pointing out the 'high value' bid part. Must confess it was finger trouble. Wasn't aware i had done it. There is no way the job is 'high value' as it involves little original work, and primarily a re-arranging of the elements. It has now been awarded. Thanks again.
