Review of Safeguarding Policy and Procedure

I need someone with expertise developing Safeguarding Policy and Procedure who can help review our Safeguarding Policy and Procedure to make it compliant with a Commissioning Framework. The policy is more or less finished but, per the review officer's feedback itemised below, the policy needs some improvements in the following areas:

1. Re-evaluated and part fail, please see above. If you are using a supporting policy please refer the reader to this in your main safeguarding policy under heading ‘4.8 CCTV cameras and taking photos’. In the CCTV policy you have submitted please expand further around safe spaces e.g CCTV will not be in users bedrooms and bathrooms. Policy also needs to be reviewed annually at a minimum.
2. Re-evaluated and part fail, please submit your internet use policy for review.
3. Re-evaluated and part fail, what will your organisation do when a new young person comes in to your provision?
4. Re-evaluated and part fail, no mention of guidance for physical contact.
5. Evaluated and part fail, if using supporting policies under your heading 4.5 safer recruitment please refer the reader to read your recruitment policy. Within your recruitment policy is refers the reader to ‘PR23 - References Policy and Procedure and PR04 - DBS/Disclosure Policy and
Procedure’. Please submit these for review.

I am looking for someone with the requisite UK expertise in the social care sector to quickly finish this off for me due to time pressure on my side but am also willing to work alongside the person if so required.
