PMP Agency Operationalization

The objective of the project is to document and craft the conditions for the Operationalization of an Humanitarian agency at continental level through a project document approach. the job holder will be responsible for designing;

• Project Initiation: Project charter, project summary,
• Project Planning: Project management plan, work breakdown structure, project budget, project schedule, risk management plan, partnership plan and resource mobilization plan.
• Project Execution: Project status report, lessons learned template, timesheets, change requests, change orders.
• Project Monitoring and Control: Project status report template, timesheets.
• Project Closure: Project closure template, punch list.

All responsibilities will come with support background documentation and orientation, but require a can do attitude and a capable individual who is computer literate, highly organised, with great attention to detail, and who enjoys a fast paced role. I am looking to work with someone that has done something similar (project design, Monitoring & Evaluation) and that can recommend tools (such as for Process, accountability) at policy level to help me create a really slick set up of project documents.
