New Product instructions

I need a technical writer that can undertake stage by stage guide for a new product, allowing it to be easily understood by the consumer. This is a 3-1 Filter tap that, boils water, filters water hot and cold which we are about to launch. We have the template and guide from the manufacturer, and we have undertaken our own version, but we really need this to be professionally done, ensuring full clarity for the product installation.
