iii. hazard risk assessments, related to the hazards identified in the pre-construction information and to any other significant hazards identified by the tenderer, identifying whether of high, medium or low risk.
iv. method statements related to the hazards identified in the pre-construction information document or by the tenderer, indicating how the hazards will be addressed so that they are removed or controlled to an acceptable level.
v. site rules
vi. training
vii. proposed site safety management structure, supervisory staff and general site organisation.
viii. details of the proposed staff having appropriate knowledge and experience of mechanical and electrical engineering services.
