I need x9 system alert / error messages written up in formal english

We have x9 system alert / error messages that need writing up in full formal english. They are currently written up by someone who's first language isn't english - all content is factually correct though.

All messages are for the same client (a fin-tech company) so must follow same template. Can send over several previous messages for you to follow.

Each message is around 100 words (total for all messages is 850). There is some technical language but nothing out of reach as the people receiving these messages are not necessarily IT guys.
