Outline & Structure: I have had two mortgage calculators designed - one which will calculate the mortgage payment and the other will give borrowers an indication who much they can borrow. The calculators have been designed by the way of a plug-in on a Wordpress site. What I require is two formulas of how to work out the above calculations. My existing designer has designed and created the plug-ins however the formula he has used is generic and there is big discrepancies in the payments it seems to be calculating. Happy to provide examples of both mortgage calculators from other UK sites to give you an idea of exactly what the formulas should be. It will be in GBP. It's is just the formulas I require so they can be inserted in the plug in. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
