I need a computer teacher or specialist

I need someone to write guiding instructions for teachers on a series of books containing windows 10, office 2016, and some related material. The instructions should include how to teach a lesson and evaluate students. The material is divided into 8 sections. The instructions should be general, which do not deal with details like learning objectives, warm-up questions, procedures and evaluation.
