Formatting Of an Excel Document

I am running short of time on a project i need doing for a customer. I have laid out a maintenance plan in excel in portrait but i need the document laying out in landscape and so it is printable in A3, and in a nice presenatble format asap please.

The maintenance plan is over 6 years so the years will have to be in the correct order please. Maybe 3 years at a time next to each other? Please see the attached document.
