We have a UK planning condition to discharge.
We need someone to take previous details, EPC and SAP reports, plus Solar PV and sedum details and provide a simple yet effective energy sustainability verification report for a local authority in the UK.
The site = 10 one and two bedroom properties. 7 in a refurbished building (meets building code) and 3 brand new free-standing units.
We need this report in 10-14 days and there maybe a reiteration or more information needed. The report is to be provided via my co so on blank paperwork so we can authenticate.
You need to have experience of this ideally in the UK or EU.
We will accept NO submissions from someone who doesn't have the pre-requisite skills or they do not know the local planning rules in England.
