I wrote a chapter on cybercrime before the GDPR and Data protection act 2018 were in force. I am now looking for that chapter to be brought up to date.
The previous chapter is attached to this notice for reference but I am looking for each offence created by the Act, explain the elements of that offence, relevant case law discussion (which is scarce as the act is so new) and procedure for sentencing.
