Draft a Breach of Negligence Letter

I require a basic letter to be drafted in order to pursue a Breach/tort of Negligence.

Details of the matter below:

-Courier company delivered x3 items
-x1 item received damaged
-Item was photographed at collection with no damage - Reference A
-Item was photographed upon delivery with damage - Reference B

-Recordings of the conversation between courier company logged - A transcript of which would be useful in enforcing the letter. Unfortunately, the recordings can only be uploaded after acceptance of the project. Recordings are not extensive conversations and merely act as supporting evidence.

Details for respective parties can be released once accepted.

It is ok to use an online template, it is the transcript that is more important.
