Document on risk assessment and method

We need risk assessment and method statement documents that will be suitable for to submit to our clients when we are working on sites. Everything must be truthful and for us to demonstrate that we comply with. If the document can cover both construction site and non construction site work then all the better but the immediate requirement is for non-construction site work.

Our work is related to IT implementation - comms cab install, install devices, patching cables etc.
