Credit & Affordability Policy for Consumer Finance Organisation

We are setting up a consumer finance business and need need to produce a range of policy documents as part of our FCA submission.
We have a risk officer but he needs assistance with the drafting of a range of policy documents that are specific requirements of putting in an authorisation request to the FCA. I.e. we need someone who can do the 'leg work'.

The documents we need to have produced are:

- Affordability Policy and details of affordability assessment criteria
- Credit Policy, including lending criteria and creditworthiness assessment
- Vulnerable Customer Policy
- Treating Customers Fairly' (TCF) Policy
- Arrears and Default Policy and Procedures
- Forbearance Policy which might be combined with the Arrears and Default Policy and Procedures

Note that we do not necessarily have to write all of these as separate documents - it is possible to merge some of them.

This is a role for someone who has done this type of work previously and has relevant experience.
