Conveyance Analysis

Need a Conveyance analysis done and check on mitigation report done. Nothing major this job could take a day to complete. the plans have already been done, the mitigation is complete just need small changes to wording.

so besides the conveyance analysis the changes that need to be made are attached. I want to explain that if you look at the Mitigation plan to the right in the Elevation resume where you see based Flood Elevation that needs to be changed to Designated Flood Elevation and the numbers are incorrect it should be 54.14 so if you can do the conveyance analysis and the changes from the comments thats is want is needed Thanks

You didn't submit a conveyance analysis. your 500—year DFE or WSEL is all over the place. the information differs and not uniform to match on all sheets.

On sheets A-03, A-04, A-05, and A-06, a lone with the site plan, clear call out the natural average adjacent grade, 500-year DFE or WSEL, and the finished floor - FF or lowest floor LL elevation. Ensure the 500-year flood elevation was referenced form FEMA FIS Profile.

Ensure that all plumbing and electrical is elevated up to the minimum flood protection which is up to the BOO-year water surface elevation level - WSEL plus 2 additional FT of freeboard.
