This task is to write to the professional review panel the Competence Report, explaining and underlining the industry knowledge depth and breadth acquired in the construction industry.

This report shall consist only of the real personal examples that indicate the positive results achieved on the back of the certain construction knowledge and experience acquired via the experience and learning altogether, whilst also showing eagerness to progress the professional development further.

Please note the grounds to write are very clearly given and shall be reflecting upon the personal experiences mainly. Here is the list of documents and sources to produce the report:
1/ Competence Report Form empty – you will use to fill in ( the report doesn’t have a word count; however, the answers will need to fit within the boxes on the application form);
2/ PR Guidance Notes;
3/ PR OLD already produced competence report that failed (did not pass the review panel) and
4/ the PR OLD failure explanatory notes within ‘Reply Binder V1’;

5/ company hierarchy chart and company website for the company nature (will be emailed to the chosen writer to better understand the company nature).
