Building Sustainability Writing required

For a new commercial development project (workspace, wellness and hospitality, etc), I am looking for someone to spend 1 or 2 days on responding to a sustainability-based query, as below. The project is a 30,000sqft high street building.

**Sustainability**
In no more than 4 pages, please describe how the project will deliver sustainability benefits. This should address, but not be limited to:
● The approach you will take to assess and reduce the impact of the construction works e.g. whole life costing.
● How the proposed construction and operation of the building will support the declared climate emergency and commitment to zero carbon emissions.
● The incorporation of sustainable methods, materials and processes, including the environmental standards to which the construction works will be delivered e.g. zero carbon.
● How the construction will meet and preferably go beyond the Local Plan requirements in terms of environmental commitments e.g sustainable drainage, on-site carbon reduction, renewable energy provision, water efficiency, waste management, walking and cycling connections, parking and storage.
● How circular economy principles will be incorporated into the construction as well as the fit out and use of the building.
● How the ongoing management and use of the building will promote environmental sustainability.
● What processes you will follow to ensure that your supply chain adheres to the environmental standards required by the client
● What environmental reporting you can offer.
