Bid Writing

Hi All, I hope you are doing great.
It’s a bid for MHCLG (Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government) who are looking to establish a more robust RED team (Resiliency & Emergencies Dept). Their RED team has expanded from 60 to 300 over the last few months in order to respond to Covid, but given that Covid is ongoing and Brexit is also fast approaching, they want to move to a more robust org design. There are two parts of the project – I’m leading the response on the “Transform” part. I’ve attached the ITT documentation for reference.

Please can you confirm if you have any capacity to help writing the bid from either a PL . It won’t be heavy duty as I started drafting the response yesterday – I could really do with an extra pair of eyes:
• from a PL perspective to potentially draw out more on how we’d approach the detailed planning and interdependency mapping (two tasks they explicitly mention) – it’s a bit generic at the moment.

I’ve attached the latest draft. The PL section is on slide 6. Great if you could review this against the specification, and add any further thoughts . Feel free to edit my wording!! We’re aiming for the response to be fairly succinct so it feels about right to aim to get to a page on each, but if you feel we need more then I’d rather you add words and we include an extra slide (or two) than skimp.

Also, we need to work up a plan on what we’d do – could you please have a go at adding a PL plan on p8 for me?
