I need in-depth anatomy and physiology research completed for the TMJ, Cervical Spine and Headaches directed at Physiotherapists, osteopaths and other manual therapists.
Please see below guidance of what is needed to be covered.
All areas need to be supported by up to date research. No research pre- 2010 if possible. Any research used needs to be shown within the work displayed as - Name,Year and shown in a research list in alphabetical order at the end of the piece. ideally Harvard style referencing.
All information needs to be clearly displayed and easy to read under each heading.
1. Clinical Anatomy of TMJ and Masticatory Muscles - also include venous and arterial supply nerve/spinal level, ligaments and any other relevant anatomy.
2. Pathomechanics, abnormal mechanics of the TMJ Inc. normal and abnormal range of motion etc.
3. Classification of Common TMDs - inc. bruxism, fracture - ideally incidence percentages here also. need to make sure you explain what each one is etc.
5. Case History Inc. Red and Yellow Flags of the TMJ -
6. Clinical Assessment of the TMJ - Please name the most common test used here and any specificity and reliability scores here. please look at physiotherapy for this information.
8. Cervical Spine Anatomy - Inc Range of motion etc.
9. Classification of Headaches - Please give incidence rate, epidemiology, signs and symptoms etc.
10. Red and Yellow Flags for Headaches
