Academic essay on health policy 1000 words with references

I need an essay completed on health policy. This is NOT for grading or work to be handed in for university, college or school etc. It will be for a website. More can be explained when contacted.

I will specify the subject area when contacted.

The essay needs to be 1000 words long roughly
Needs to be properly referenced
You must have previous experience of doing similar pieces of work
Must be able to search for relevant and up to date references on subject area. (I can supply quite a few)

I all ready have an essay completed on the subject area which I have completed myself but need another written on the same subject for my website. I don't have time to do so.
